Day 5

Good evening dear friends and family too.
Here comes our daily update from us to you.
Our daily meeting, devotional, and worship time started off our day,
then to breakfast for fry-bakes, our favorite while we're away.

By 8:30 we left on buses to do VBS some more,
once again more children came ... around 94.
The theme today was "man looks at outward appearances, but the Lord looks at the heart,
and many memorized their verses, they are so smart.
Today we met a mom, Tina, please pray for her.
She feels hopeless, has been abused, and needs Jesus for sure.

After lunch many from our team headed to an orphanage that was small.
We played with them, they performed for us, and that wasn't all.
We did our lil' Nimo skit about the prodigal son,
we worshiped with them, and had such fun.
Dinner was spaghetti ... good American stuff,
sometimes eating this chicken and rice can get pretty rough.

It was Doug's 44th birthday, we had a party for him.
The kids performed a birthday song that was as creative as Tim.
Then we had our wrap-up meeting, awards, and worship too.
We just want to say thanks for praying for us this week, we sure appreciate you!
